Red Mass with Archbishop Cordileone for the Legal Profession

The annual Red Mass for judges, attorneys, teachers and students of law, government officials, and all who work or have an interest in justice will take place on Thursday, September 27, at Sts. Peter and Paul Church.
Most Reverend Salvatore Cordileone will celebrate Mass at 5:30. A dinner will follow at the nearby San Francisco Italian Athletic Club, and Mr. Thomas Brandi will receive the organization’s annual Thomas More Award. All are welcome.

The St. Thomas More Society of San Francisco was founded in 1937 and is the oldest fellowship of Catholic lawyers and judges in the West. The Society is named for the 16th-century lawyer, judge, and diplomat who became the first layman to serve as Lord Chancellor, England's highest judicial officer. The St. Thomas More Society of San Francisco invites members of the legal profession to join them in the pursuit of his call to true legal service. Learn more at
