Whether you are new to contemplative practices or have been on the spiritual path for years, this retreat offers a sacred space for renewal, reflection, and inner transformation.
Join us in person at beautiful Mercy Center, Burlingame, CA where we will gather to explore the Way of the Heart through the teachings of mystics and the practices of Centering Prayer, Chanting, Lectio Divina, guided Meditation, and Sacred Gestures and Movement; all held within the arms of the Great Silence. In this silent Wisdom retreat, there will be times of group sharing during teaching sessions.

Heather Ruce, M.A. Heather Ruce, M. A. is a Wisdom Spiritual Director who offers Wisdom Practice Circles, Retreats, and Wisdom Schools focused on the expansive Christian Wisdom Tradition. Catherine Regan, Ph.D. is a spiritual director, retired psychologist, and adjunct staff member at Mercy Center, primarily serving on the Centering Prayer team. She has a special interest in participating in the reclamation of the Christian Wisdom tradition and fostering the contemplative practices so urgently needed at this time in our world.
