SF Turkey Drive at St. Emydius Church
Our goal is to PROVIDE MEALS WITH A SMILE to the diners at St. Anthony’s Dining Room. This Tenderloin kitchen is sometimes the last place for a meal when hunger strikes.
St. Anthony serves not only over 2,500 meals daily, but they bring hope for a better future to those who don’t have much to live for. A meal with a smile is what’s needed to encourage the poor to keep going and find hope for a new future.
The SF Turkey Drive is a neighborhood event to give the chance to neighbors in the southern part of San Francisco to help feed the hungry coming to St. Anthony’s. Last year alone, the effort contributed 1392 turkeys (actual and virtual turkeys).
On November 19, bring turkeys (preferably frozen) or boxes of fresh vegetables at the drop-off site.
On December 17, bring hams, turkeys or boxes of fresh veggies.
Online donations can be simply made from our website in November and December at SFTurkeyDrive.com
