Help ensure that our parishes, schools, and service organizations of the Archdiocese have the funds they need to carry out their vital missions.
The Archdiocese of San Francisco’s Catholic Schools in Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo counties contribute to the fabric of the San Francisco Bay Area, through their focus on Catholic Identity, Academic Excellence, and Service.
The parish is the community in which we are invited to meet Jesus in His Word, His sacraments, and the faces of His people.
The ministries of the Archdiocese of San Francisco are where we welcome people and attend to their needs in Christ’s name.

Next Upcoming Online Course: The Eucharist
u003cmeta charset=u0022utf-8u0022u003eA short course on the Source and Summit of our Faith
u003cmeta charset=u0022utf-8u0022u003eThe Eucharist is, like so many aspects of our faith, a great mystery. But to call something a mystery in the theological sense is not to say that we cannot understand anything about it. Instead, it is to say that we can never learn u003cemu003eeverything u003c/emu003eabout it. A theological mystery is not unintelligible; it is infinitely intelligible. In other words, even though we can never fully comprehend it, can never just put it in a box and move on, we can always learn more about a theological mystery. u003cbru003eu003cbru003e In our course together we will look at the multifaceted mystery of the Eucharist through several lenses. We’ll use Bishop Barron’s wonderful little book, titled simply u003cemu003eEucharistu003c/emu003e, as well as some of my own writings to look at themes like meal, sacrifice, real presence, transubstantiation, Christian Unity, and liturgy. u003cbru003eu003cbru003eTuesday Nights at 7 PM PT (January 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15)
