The newest episode of MOSAIC TV  on KPIX Channel 5 in San Francisco airs Sunday,
August 6 (5:00 – 5:30 a.m.).

On this MOSAIC, Pamela Lyons, Superintendent of Schools for the Archdiocese of San Francisco, talks about our Catholic schools, which serve some 25,000 K-12 students throughout the three counties of the archdiocese. Whom do they serve? What is their mission? How do they adapt to changing educational needs?  And how can we support local Catholic education?

Pamela Lyons has been an associate superintendent in the archdiocesan Department of Catholic Schools since 2014, and was named Superintendent effective July 1. She has been a classroom teacher, a corporate trainer in the high-tech world, and a Catholic school principal. Her bachelor’s degree in English is from Saint Mary’s College of California and her master’s in educational leadership is from the University of Notre Dame.
